📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing industry standards and regulations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
