📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public utilities
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or risks
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of workers and the public
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, issues, and risks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and contractors as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development and project management
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
