As an Event Staff at AGE Creative, you’ll be the backbone of our event operations. You’ll handle everything from venue setup and teardown to coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring that every detail is perfect. This role is ideal if you’re looking to gain hands-on experience in event management while working in a creative and collaborative environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and AV technicians, to ensure timely delivery and setup.
• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with on-site event management, including check-ins, seating arrangements, and overall guest experience.
• Support the event team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, communication, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage with attendees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Assist with post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Passionate about the arts and events, with a keen eye for detail.
