🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
