With access to state-of-the-art equipment including Formlabs Form 3 and Stratasys Fortus 450mc, you'll be at the forefront of additive manufacturing technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the 3D printing facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
• Lead a team of 3D printing technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and implement 3D printing workflows.
• Optimize printing processes to improve productivity and reduce material waste.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of output.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and implement new solutions.
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials, ensuring smooth operation of the facility.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for 3D printing processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D printing, with a focus on industrial applications.
• Proven expertise in SolidWorks, including advanced features and customization.
• Certification in 3D printing technology (e.g., Formlabs Certified Technician, Stratasys Certified Technician).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
