📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and restocking amenities.
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
• Address any maintenance or repair issues that arise during the cleaning process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas and common areas.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and brooms.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
