📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings across Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada to maximize visibility and sales.
• Oversee customer interactions and provide excellent service through various platforms.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media to promote our products and engage with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices for online marketplaces.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a related field.
• Proficient in using Tokopedia Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, and Lazada Seller Center.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify is a plus.
