As a Business Transformation Analyst in our Bali office, you'll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence. Your mission will be to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable transformation strategies. You'll leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to analyze data, create dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders. Daily, you'll collaborate with team members in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement.

• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies to enhance operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to analyze data and create insightful dashboards.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Monitor project progress and ensure continuous improvement through regular reviews and feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business transformation and data analytics.
• Support the implementation of change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
