📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all accounting functions including accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations
• Work with our management team to develop and implement financial strategies
• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely bank deposits
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with QuickBooks or Xero
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
