📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth running of the warehouse.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian.
