In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts in Indonesia, ensuring that we attract, recruit, and onboard the best talent to support our business growth. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process for Indonesia, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.,Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Indonesian market.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local talent landscape.,Oversee the recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding and beyond.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to improve their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the e-commerce or technology industry.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent in Indonesia.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.,Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
