📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs to ensure adherence to government and defence sector regulations.,Monitor and assess regulatory changes and their impact on our operations.,Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory compliance matters.,Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to address compliance issues.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reports.,Ensure all business processes and activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the government or defence sector.,Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory framework, particularly in the government and defence sectors.,Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with compliance management software and tools is a plus.
