Sehati Hana Electronics is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Finance Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. You will work closely with our finance team to support our financial planning and analysis.

This is a full-time position based in Cipayung, with a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and documents

Prepare and process monthly financial reports

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections

Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing

Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial statements

Provide financial support to other departments as needed

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently
