Seed Prime Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and check-ins/check-outs.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
