📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle front desk operations, including reservations and check-ins.
  • Assist with guest services and concierge requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with office software and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
