We are seeking a Purchasing Staff who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including identifying suppliers, negotiating prices, and placing orders.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products at competitive prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure that the company's purchasing needs are met.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
