The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance technicians.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of property assets including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient repairs.,Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.,Monitor maintenance costs and develop strategies to optimize budget allocation.,Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and asset conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair operations.,Proven leadership experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
