📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial guidance and analysis to the executive team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
