• Manage and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Assist in attendance tracking and leave management
• Process and maintain employee documents and files
• Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings and candidate follow-ups
• Organize and coordinate HR events and team activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
