In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with potential franchise partners. You'll work with our marketing team to promote our brand, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new franchisees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive franchise growth and revenue growth.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Local Performance Gym brand and attract new franchise partners.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new franchisees.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the Local Performance Gym footprint in Tangerang and beyond.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the fitness franchise industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the fitness franchise industry and a passion for the health and wellness sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
