📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations.,Support the Operations Manager in managing and monitoring operations activities.,Ensure the smooth flow of operations by coordinating with various departments.,Monitor and report on operational performance and efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Provide support in the management of operational budgets and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations field.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to travel as required by the job.
