📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the IT Manager in maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT systems and networks.,Provide first-level technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT security protocols to protect company data and systems.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.,Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and upgrades.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common productivity tools.
