📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the branch staff to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve branch and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
