📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all accounting functions including accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations
- Work with our management team to develop and implement financial strategies
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely bank deposits
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience with QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus
