Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Implement and maintain best practices for inventory management and logistics, ensuring that we are able to meet the needs of our customers.,Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and security, ensuring that all staff are aware of and comply with safety procedures.,Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that we are able to meet the needs of our customers.,Develop and implement strategies for improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are in good working order and that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out promptly.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other third-party vendors, ensuring that we are able to source the necessary materials and equipment for our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.,At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
