Cemerlang Stainless Steel is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Counter to join our team. As a Sales Counter, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.,Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Assist in promoting our products through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proficient in using computer and office software, including Microsoft Office.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of the stainless steel industry is a plus.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
