📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen candidates for various job openings.
• Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and company career pages.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
