📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store operators to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and strategies.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.,Experience in customer service and handling customer complaints.
