📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the stores.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Report on store performance metrics to senior management and participate in strategic planning sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and strategies for driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and meetings.
