Depot Bimo Auto Service is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
