📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate voyage schedules, routes, and port calls.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Develop and implement training programs for the crew.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and crew performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle crew management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in maritime operations.
• Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with vessel operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
