In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
