📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including disbursements and bookkeeping activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Manage the bookkeeping process using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the accounting team to resolve any financial discrepancies.
• Provide financial support to the management team.
• Ensure the financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in disbursement and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
