Plus Crown Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure alignment between training programs and business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
