PT Otoman Wira is looking for a dedicated Deputy Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in managing daily transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in managing daily transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.,Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and maintain proper records.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Handle cash and manage the cash drawer, ensuring proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.,Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
