📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of retail stores in Ujung Bulu, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and address any issues.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and implement strategies for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices in inventory management and customer service.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for store visits.
